【獵頭職位：江陰需要一位 Senior Manufacturing Engineer】聯系人：Amy-Dong，郵箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查詢職位啦！打開手機微信，搜號碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加，歡迎大家關注！ Responsibilities： 1.Responsible for driving operational performance and responsiveness of assigned supplier sites to meet On-Time Delivery and Cycle Time goals. 2.Driving suppliers to improve the Suppliers’ QBR (Quarterly Business Review) Scorecards. 3.Achievement of results based on quarterly goals established in the Back-end Operation’s Dashboard. 4.Capacity Management - Monitoring of business demands/forecasts, anticipating capacity constraint at supplier sites, initiating and executing capacity expansion plans. Work closely with suppliers, Assembly, Test and Product engineers to maximize equipment utilization. 5.Proactive monitoring and anticipation of material flow constraints to prevent lot delinquency, identification of root causes, development of corrective and preventive actions by interfacing with suppliers and resources, WIP management, output maximization and shipment expedites per BU requests. 6.Effective & timely communication with suppliers’ resources, Business Planners &Factory Planners on setting and achieving delivery commitments. 7.Take complete ownership to interface with supplier resources and cross-functional areas to ensure resolutions to any negative trends potentially impacting delivery. 8.Establish reporting and visibility of performance to Management team on a preferred frequency & provide early warnings for factory performance issues. 9.Take the lead in streamlining the business process with supplier sites in terms of good manufacturing practices, lean manufacturing, process standardization and cost savings. 10.Actively participate in project transfers and product qualifications at supplier sites for turnkey solutions, dual-source creation and supplier rationalization. Mandatory Skills： 1.Exposures to Contract Manufacturing environment & Supplier Management experience will be an added advantage. 2.A self-starter, ability to work under pressure and flexible to working long hours. 3.Good verbal and written communication and possess strong leadership skill. 4.Flexibility to travel frequently if required. Education： Minimum a tertiary educations in Operations/Manufacturing Engineering or Management. Experience： Minimum 5 years experience in Operations/Manufacturing Management or Project Management. Experience working in a high volume semi-conductor company for more than 5 years. |
