【獵頭職位：上海需要一位 Manufacturing Test Engineer(Probing)】聯系人：Grace-Tai，郵箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查詢職位啦！打開手機微信，搜號碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加，歡迎大家關注！ Key Role Accountabilities： 1、 Wafer probing test program correlation and release； 2、Support wafer probing engineering builds and mass production at various test subcontractors in China； 3、mprovement of probing test yields and reduction of test times and retest rates； 4、Disposition of hold lots； 5、Work with Qualcomm engineering teams in the USA and Asia and with engineering teams at subcontractors on manufacturing excellence projects； 6、Daily monitoring and support of probing test at test subcontractors； 7、Daily monitoring of subcontractor's production test efficiency； 8、Optimize probing card cleaning frequency to balance yield / test efficiency / cost； 9、Collaborative problem solving with relative engineering team and tester suppliers； 10、Support of strategic alignment of Qualcomm's probing operation for products from co-location & none co-location assembly house. Necessary Knowledge and Experience: 1、5+ years wafer probe test engineering working experiences in Foundry or test house； 2、Proactive working attitude and willing to take his responsibility any time； 3、Strong verbal and written communications skills with suppliers and customers. Good team player； 4、Knowledge of Semiconductor manufacturing process, experiences on Probe testing manufacture will be a plus； 5、Knowledge of probe card maintenance will be a plus； 6、Solid understanding of electronics engineering fundamentals, design for debug, design for test, digital/analog, mixed-signal, power management (PMIC) and/or RF test methodologies and circuit analysis techniques； 7、Hands on experience with Probing Test Equipment, preferably Advantest 93K or Teradyne IFLEX/UFLEX； 8、Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, quality and reliability testing. |
