【獵頭職位：上海需要一位 Quality Engineer】聯(lián)系人：Ryan-Zhu，郵箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查詢職位啦！打開手機(jī)微信，搜號(hào)碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號(hào)“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加，歡迎大家關(guān)注！ Overview: 1、Buildand maintain a world class internal quality system based on the principles of APQP which assures that all products manufactured, assembled and supplied by our company meet the highest level of quality and reliability available in the market； 2、This position will also work with procurement, engineering and manufacturing to assure that the supply base is capable of delivering, on time the level of quality we require for our products, educating and working with the suppliers as may be necessary； 3、Internally define and establish a system which manages the total cost of non-quality of our business； 4、Establish and manage a system which drives a highly responsive and continually improving system to manage our design, development, production and supply base. Principle Accountabilities: 1、Define and manage internal quality systems that are data driven and based on the use of fundamental tools including the APQP Process, D/P FMEAs, Control Plans, 8D Problem solving, etc…； 2、Perform all functions required to select and manage a high quality supply base； 3、Establish and manage a supplier selection and management process which assures our supply base will always provide us with world class products, on time. 4、Manage a process which assures that all company procedures will support the requirements of TS-16949 and ISO 9002； 5、Manage KPIs related to internal and external quality, quality systems and supplier quality as well as the total cost of non-quality； 6、When necessary, with engineering, establish well defined, principled and efficient approaches to problem solving of technical and quality concerns as they arise. |
