【獵頭職位：上海需要一位 EHS manager】聯系人：Raymond-Chen，郵箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查詢職位啦！打開手機微信，搜號碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加，歡迎大家關注！ Position Summary & Primary Responsibilities: -Responsible for Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) performance related to Region； -Develops Legal and Other Aspects Register for Region； -Manage all regulatory reporting associated with Region； -Oversees the development, planning, and implementation of regional field environmental, health and safety policies, procedures, business processes and prevention initiatives； -Develops and delivers required EHS Field Training； -Conducts EHS Management System audits and inspections for each location within Region； -Manages Field Office EHS Program； -Use appropriate communications and escalations to inform upper management of all injuries and emergency incidents, including updates until root cause, corrective & preventive actions are identified and implemented； -Participate in the development of projects and prevention initiatives as well as participate in incident investigations； -Manages Region EHS Field leading performance metrics and uses information to assist in business reporting and decision making. Skills： -Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, influence, manage by influence and drive results； -Ability to run an effective meeting with focus on problem statement and results； -Knowledge of semiconductor industry w/direct experience required； -Exceptional root cause and corrective/preventive action development skills； -Strong problem solving and decision making skills and demonstrated expertise in a formal problem solving methodology； -Microsoft suite (excel, word, power-point) skills； -Strong Presentation Skills - demonstrates presentation skills, influence and effectiveness on complex content, in front of peers； -Fluent in English. Qualifications： -Knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations and requirements in Region； -Has technical experience in the areas of field service, EHS, product safety or semiconductor operations； -8+ years of EHS engineering or related experience； -Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering preferred or equivalent； -Fab work experience is preferred； -CIH, CSP, PE or other equivalent certifications desirable. |
