The ZCC1001E isa high voltage, non-synchronous step-down converter operates over a wide rangeinput voltage 9V to 100V. The ZCC1001E integrates a 120-V 400-mΩ high-sideMOSFET.
The ZCC1001Edelivers 1A continuous load current with up to 95% efficiency. The ZCC1001Eoperates with fixed frequency peak current control with built-in compensationeliminates the need for external components.Cycle-by-cycle current limit inhigh-side MOSFET protects the converter in an overload condition. Hiccup modeprotection is triggered if the over-current condition has persisted for longerthan the present time.
The ZCC1001Eexhibits protection features that protect the load from faults likeunder-voltage,over-current and over-temperature.
The ZCC1001E isavailable in an ESOP-8 package.
